
I started in a small bakery working with French pastries and learning how to bake and decorate cakes. Over the years, I have worked for four different bakeries, and I learned many techniques and styles along the way. I decided to start my business because I wanted to challenge myself and see what I could do on my own. I have accomplished much more than I ever thought I could, including winning first place in my division at Sweet Times in the Rockies Cake Show! I enjoy trying new things in baking and testing my own boundaries to see what I can do.
